As uncertainty grows amid the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to pro-actively communicate to our customers the measures we are taking to protect you and our employees.
To begin, our company and our industry as a whole are uniquely prepared for an unprecedented situation such as this one. Personal protective equipment, or PPE, is something that we have to use on a daily basis. It has been part of our purchasing budget since day one. Gloves, masks, face respirators, and coveralls will be used in a new capacity to not only protect our employees from occupational hazards but to guard against any transmission of this ongoing virus.
In addition to having the PPE capacity to prevent any person to person transmission, reducing person to person interactions are an integral part of the social distancing measures the CDC and our local officials are encouraging. The vast majority of pests attack your home from the exterior environment and are not physically brought inside. Because of this, exterior treatments alone can solve a number of pest problems including ants, rodents, termites, wasps, mosquitoes, ticks, and more. Once our technicians finish an exterior treatment, invoices and receipts can be sent via email or text and payments can be made online with no person to person contact throughout the whole process.
